armacy Partners founder,
Dr. Steve Groff, grew
up the son of a dairy
farmer in Lancaster County,
Pennsylvania. Being raised
on a farm taught Steve many
valuable lessons at a young
age that he continues to carry
with him throughout his
life. Dr. Groff completed his
Orthopedic Surgery Residency
at Penn State in 1996 and
served as Assistant Clinical
Professor in 1997. He led the
development of OSS Health, a
leading musculoskeletal health
system in York, PA. Following a severe biking accident in 2011,
life changed for Dr. Groff, but his desire and
determination to help others did not.
Recognizing increased enthusiasm and
accessibility for more natural approaches to health
and wellness, as well as the plentiful benefits of
industrial hemp, Dr. Groff became convicted of
educating his community and future generation
of patients. This passion led to the creation
of Groff North America, a substantial hempcannabis processing, extraction, purification
and formulation facility, and parent company to
Farmacy Partners.

Opened in March of 2019 in York County, physician-owned
Farmacy Partners offers a wide array of CBD and hemp-based
products, from oils, topicals, beauty, pet and beyond. Research
and scientific inquiry interface with a fun, warm, and inviting
guest experience, whether in-store or online. Farmacy Partners
provides trusted and locally sourced products that are third-party
tested and backed with Certificates of Analysis, assuring quality and
consistency. At these locations, knowledgeable and dedicated staff
are committed to guiding customers in finding the most suitable
and effective solution for each individual need. It is our goal to be a
"voice of reason" in an otherwise confusing climate for the average
consumer.
As part of our Farmacy Partners philosophy, we work closely with
Farmacy Medical Advisors, a group of physicians with numerous
medical board certifications between them. Dr. Groff leads the team
at Farmacy Medical Advisors who meet with patients interested
in cannabinoid therapy. In addition, the Farmacy Medical Advisors
have received additional training as Certifying
Physicians for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana
Program and patients presenting with one or more
of the 23 qualifying conditions may be certified for
participation. We work closely with providers in
the areas we serve to be a resource for cannabinoid
therapy as research and studies continue to provide
helpful patient care information. We continue to
request and receive patient feedback through a secure
patient portal that allows for insight into the efficacy
of products by condition and demographic data.
