How do you find someone who you're sure will represent your best
interests, be willing to accommodate your schedule to some extent
and who will go the extra mile to help you and your family find a
house in which you can live happily for years?

there were 5,250,000 existing homes sold in the United States in 2015, and more than half a million new
constructed homes.

How long have you been licensed and selling real estate?

About how many deals do you personally (not your company)
close in an average month?
Eighty-eight percent of those homes were sold through real
estate agents or brokers, an increase of 19 percent from 2001.
As you no doubt have figured out, that means there are a lot
of realtors selling a lot of houses to a lot of people. The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials estimates that
about 2 million people in America hold active real estate
licenses, giving homeowners and prospective homeowners a
wide berth from which to choose.

single homes, luxury homes, condos or new construction?

So, how should somebody choose a real estate agent? At
Home in Berks decided to go to the experts to get the answers. We talked to two well-known Berks County realtors
to get their advice on what questions to ask a realtor before
you start house hunting.
