professional real estate assistance and cash incentives, at no cost or

The SMARTMOVE benefit is a new member benefit that is now available to any DCMS member, his or her extended
family and the physician's employees and extended family. You can take advantage of this program any time you buy or sell a
piece of real estate anywhere in the U.S.
Here's how it works. SMARTMOVE provides a knowledgeable personal move coordinator as your central point of
contact. This person will serve as your advocate through the process as you are given access to a carefully chosen network of
experienced real estate sales associates, mortgage consultants, household good movers, and other services related to buying,
selling, or owning real estate. Registering in the program also qualifies participants for generous cash incentives at closing.
Depending on your usage, you will receive a cash rebate on the sales/purchase price and a closing credit on mortgage
services. The amount of the rebate can range from $350 up to $30,000 depending on the sale price of the property.
