DRAIN AWAY GEOCOMPOSITE
DRAINAGE SYSTEM
The Drain Away
geocomposite
drainage system
drains and lowers
the water table
without the labor
and costs of
aggregate. The
geocomposite is
lightweight and
easy to install, and
requires less area, time, labor and equipment
than conventional stone and pipe. The Drain
Away geocomposite drainage system is
effective for site drainage, curtain drains,
foundations, retaining walls, slopes, erosion
control, roadways and athletic fields.

e2 Technical Textiles
E2 ER 1000 EIA
Reinforced with
a ballistic-grade,
tightly woven
polyester-based
fabric, e2 ER 1000
EIA is ideal for the
most demanding
applications,
including oil
booms, sewers,
rafts, rescue boats,
rigid inflatable boats, tanks for oils, fertilizer
pools, liners, flexible storage tanks and
secondary containment. Its tensile strength/
grab tensile is 660/660 pound-force per
inch (105,076/115,584 N/m), and it passes
the ASTM D751 wicking test, and the warp
and weft ASTM D751 dead load seam sheer
strength test.

SHEARFORCE

MIRAFI H2RI BY TENCATE

ShearForce is a
hybrid turf and
instant armoring
mat that prevents
surficial erosion
while promoting
vegetative growth.
ShearForce is
a stabilization
alternative to
riprap in channels,
in outfalls, in spillways, on levees and on
severe slopes. As opposed to traditional
turf reinforcement mats, ShearForce does
not fully rely on vegetation for stabilization;
once vegetation grows through the matting,
stabilization capabilities rise much higher
than riprap. ShearForce requires little to no
machinery and no maintenance, and provides
a natural, green aesthetic with permanent
erosion protection.

Mirafi H2Ri is a
unique woven
geotextile used
in unpaved
roads, flexible
pavements,
working
platforms,
airport runways
and taxiways,
and railways, serving
as soil stabilization and base course
reinforcement. H2Ri provides the
conventional woven geotextile functions of
reinforcement, confinement, separation and
filtration. But it also provides continuous
moisture management. This means that
the high-strength, long-lasting woven
geotextile will continue to drain moisture
from your base course, both in saturated and
unsaturated conditions.

TENSAR TRIAX FILTERGRID
Tensar TriAx
FilterGrid provides
soil stabilization
for paved and
unpaved structures,
including
roadways, crane
pads, airfields and
other working
surfaces. Tensar
FilterGrid combines
the soil stabilization of TriAx geogrid with
the separation and filtration benefits of a
nonwoven geotextile in a single composite
layer, saving time and labor costs.

Forsstrom High Frequency AB
MG-FLEX FORSSTROM
RF WELDING MACHINE
The MG-Flex
welding machine
joins any large and
heavy products
made of polyvinyl
chloride or
polyurethane, such
as geosynthetics,
biogas covers and
structures. The
MG-Flex has several
key features, including a Z-guide for controlling
overlaps up to 3.1 inches (80 mm) in width and
an increased lift height (daylight) of welding
head 7.5 inches (190 mm). All Forsstrom's
machines are equipped with a touch-screen
computer and proprietary software, which help
the operator achieve the best welding results.
