HUITEX GEOMEMBRANE

Internationale Geotextil GmbH

HUITEX
GEOMEMBRANES
find uses in mining
(tailings dams,
heap leach pads
and evaporation
ponds); waste
management
(landfills, hazardous
containment and
bioremediation);
energy (coal seam gas, hydroelectric dams
and coal ash); water conservation (channels,
reservoirs/dams and stormwater); aquaculture
business (shrimp/fish ponds and salt farms);
and landscaping (golf courses and artificial
lakes). HUITEX GEOMEMBRANES are ISO
9001:2008/14001 certified, European CE mark
approved, quality control/quality assurance
program conforming to GRI GM13 and GM17
standards, and NSF61 certified. They provide
excellent productivity with both blown film and
flat die processes.

AQUAROCKBAG

GEOVOLT

The long-lasting
AquaRockBag is
for use in erosion
control and
scour protection
at shorelines,
riverbanks and
foundations/
pillars that
stand in water.
It consists of an
environmentally innocuous, high-performance
net filled with graded rock. It is an effective
alternative to conventional erosion control
and scour protection methods. Chief benefits
include onshore filling with a frame and
machinery, the same machinery (by changing
the attachment) can be used for precise
installation via a quick hitch and lifting eye,
and the flexible nature of the net adapts to the
ground surface.

GeoVolt
geomembranes
are used in doublelined containment
systems (brine
ponds and landfills)
and single-lined
containment
systems where
subgrade beneath
the liner is frozen
or does not have enough moisture to conduct
electricity (secondary containment ponds
and primary containment ponds). GeoVolt
was developed specifically to address several
challenges currently faced when deploying
electric leak location methods, including no
need for water above the geomembrane,
consistent conduction of electricity beneath the
entire lined surface, no need for special welding
techniques and usable with any synthetic
waterproofing barrier.

ITL XGL PRODUCT LINE

FORTEX GG POLYESTER
KNITTED GEOGRID

With antislip,
geolaminated
safety surfaces,
the ITL XGL
product line is
most effective
for heavy traffic
containment, oil/
gas field drilling
and completion
sites, pad liners, and
areas in need of high puncture resistance.
Strong and lightweight, the ITL XGL products'
reinforced, multilayer coated woven
polyethylene (CWPE) material can be custom
fabricated into panels for greater weld
integrity, less waste and efficient installation.
ITL XGL products also eliminate the need
for felt with proper subgrade, remain very
flexible and easy to work with in extreme
temperatures, and are 100% recyclable.

HEATGARD HDPE
HeatGard
high-density
polyethylene
(HDPE)
geomembranes
can be used in
the following
applications: hot
brine containment,
a secondary liner
under heated tanks,
leachate recirculation landfills, hot potable
water containment, mining heap leach
ponds and long-term chlorinated water
immersion. The new HeatGard HDPE has been
tested to be able to withstand continuous
use at 185°F (85°C) for more than 20 years.
The geomembrane has excellent chlorine
resistance, has chemical resistance, is fully
stabilized against ultraviolet light exposure and
has excellent stress-cracking resistance.
