Efficient welding machine
The Forsstrom TDW-Mega
RF-welding machine with keder
guide produces a strong and
durable product with efficiency.
With a 16-inch depth capacity,
the machine produces tents with
windows quickly with a nice finish.
Guides for welding keder and
zippers to the tent are attached
to the top of the machine table
and are easily removed when
not in use. Equipped with a
touch screen, saved programs,
an extendable table and a
large selection of accessories,
the machine is easy to use to
manufacture PVC and PU products.

The 112 Extreme welder from
Miller Weldmaster offers superior
seam quality, digital control of all
welding parameters with an easy
operation touch screen, vacuum
track for accurate placement of
materials and laser lights for precise
alignment of images. The welder
allows makers of tents, awnings,
covers and shelters to cut, weld
and grommet all on one machine.
Can be built to various lengths to
fit any company size, application
or tent specification. With solid
steel frame, the welder is designed
for decades of use with multiple
production shifts.

High-speed keder production
The T300 Extreme Keder welding
machine offers versatile tooling
to make keder of any size. The
machine features an unwind system
to ensure accurate production every
time, and an oscillating rewind
ensures that the roll of keder is
evenly wound. Other features
include quick change of guides for
making both single- and double-flap
keder and an easy operation touch
screen with recipe storage for quick
setting recall. Low maintenance for
extended up time.

Custom keder creation
The HEMTEK K-ST is easy to mount
to almost any work surface. The
machine features a drive speed
of up to 12 meters per minute,
weld width of 8 mm, flag width
adjustable up to 80 mm, and keder
rope diameter from 3 to 13 mm.
Other features include adjustable
speed, temperature and pressure;
simple controls; and a tool-free
adjustment of the guide. A foot
pedal leaves hands free to guide
material. Custom keder creation
allows shops to match material
perfectly and manufacture justin-time without the need to hold
stock or for long lead times.
