Versatile welding

Waterproof seams

The ACS600 welding machine can
weld overlaps, hems and pockets. It
can be custom built to have a longer
throat, multiple welding heads or ﬁt
any custom application, and can weld
straight or curved seams. All machine
components are made of stainless steel
or aluminum; built in the U.S.A.

The VARIANT T1 welder eliminates
sewing and guarantees waterproof
seams. With welding speeds up to
59 feet per minute, its multifunctional
design allows for various welding
techniques such as keder welding,
pocket welding, overlap welding and
hemming. Affordable, mobile and
comes with a digital display.

Developed for manufacturing companies that produce large, high volume
products such as tents and tensile
structures, the Forsstrom TG-90 Mega
is equipped with +/- 300 mm lateral
adjustment and has a +/- 90° turning
capability, which saves time. It features
working platforms on each side of the
C-press chassis and has operating
panels on both sides. The operator has
the choice to ride with the machine on
the platforms provided or stand on the
ﬂoor in front of the machine.

The RFlex TRAVEL is a radio frequency
welding machine with a traveling head
for the production of large format tensile structures, tarps, geomembranes
and tents. With an optional vacuum
worktable up to 100 meters long,
enhanced features include a foldable
trough for better material handling, a
joystick to accurately line up material,
and autotuning for consistent welds.
