RentalMax, Carol Stream, Ill., has acquired
Regional Rentals & Sales, Hobart, Ind. The
acquisition was effective on Feb. 1, 2022, and
gives RentalMax nine store locations serving
the Greater Chicagoland area. This is its fi rst
location in Indiana, which the company sees
as an extension of its current market. The
company will operate out of the facility that
Regional Rentals & Sales opened in 1990,
and retain former owner Steve Franz and his
staff as RentalMax employees.
National Structures, has begun its fiveyear
partnership with Barrett-Jackson to
help build The World's Greatest Collector
Car Auctions in Scottsdale, Ariz. Recently,
National Structures built more than 600,000
square-feet of tenting for the 2022 Scottsdale
Auction at WestWorld of Scottsdale.
Collective Event Group, the parent company
of Dover Tents & Events, Dover, Del., recently
acquired Parties & More and is now
rebranding all previously acquired locations.
Over the next few months, Dover Tents &
Events will start the process of transitioning
to the rebranded name of Collective Event
Group at Dover.
Party Reflections, Charlotte, N.C., has
acquired the assets of Old South Collection,
Catawba, N.C. The company operates
from five locations in the U.S. Old South
Collection, a special event boutique rental
company in the greater Charlotte market,
will be rebranded as PR Design and will
operate solely out of the Charlotte location
of Party Refl ections.
