presentation on the challenges of attracting more skilled marine technicians into

ontario in partnership with the ontario

Concluding the morning was the presentation by Brian milligen of the nmmA
Canada hall of Fame Award. the Award
was given to rick Cassels whose lengthy
career at mustang survival has been distinguished by the development of a wide
range of Canadian designed and manufactured PFds and safety equipment, plus
rick had also devoted a tremendous
amount of personal time and energy to
promoting boating safety. he was instrumental in the creation of the Children's
wish event in British Columbia that has
now taken so many young children with
disabilities out for a memorable boat ride
and pirate event in Vancouver harbour.
