YMCA, don't fret! You can still visit the
Alleghany Highlands YMCA.
This YMCA location offers many options to
members, including swim lessons, swim team,
Zumba, strength training, Tai Chi, cycling,
gymnastics, youth basketball and daycare-
plus a variety of cultural, fitness, and wellness
opportunities for young children through
high-school aged teens, even to older adults.
Check out the Studio, Wellness Center, spacious
gymnasium and track and aquatics area.
The new programs coordinator and personal
trainer, Michael May, is accomplished at providing
sound wellness advice to those who seek it.

to speak with a knowledgeable associate, or for
exercise-related questions, feel free to converse
with one of the certified personal trainers that
frequent the YMCA themselves.
