Dijon mustard 3 tsp. bourbon ½ tsp. sea salt ½ tsp. pepper 4 Tomahawk Cut Ribeye steaks *Plastic wrap for butter INSTRUCTIONS Combine softened butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Bourbon, salt and pepper. Mix well. Drop butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap butter in plastic wrap and smooth out to form a round log. Refrigerate until firm. Grill steak to your desired liking.
