remedies:
1. Wash your hands with oil-cutting dish soap.
2. Splash your fingers with a substance that can dissolve the chile oils, such as
rubbing alcohol, whole milk, yogurt or vinegar. Wash with soap and water.
3. Make a paste with cornstarch or baking soda, apply to the burning areas,
and let it dry. Wash with soap and water.
JALAPEÑO MARGARITA
If you like your margarita hot and sweet,
then this spicy margarita will do the

▶ 2 OZ TEQUILA BLANCO
▶ 1/2 OZ TRIPLE SEC
▶ 1/2 OZ AGAVE NECTAR
▶ 3/4 OZ LIME CORDIALS
▶ 1/2 OZ LIME JUICE
Muddle jalapeños in a shaker. Add
all ingredients and ice. Shake, then
strain into a cocktail glass with ice.
Garnish with jalapeños.

▶ 1 OZ ANCHO REYES VERDE
(40% ABV)
▶ 1 OZ BULLDOG GIN (40% ABV)
▶ 1 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
▶ ½ OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
▶ LIME TWIST OR CUCUMBER
SLICE FOR GARNISH
Add the first four ingredients
to a shaker with ice. Shake to
chill and dilute. Strain through a
fine mesh strainer into a chilled
coupe glass. Garnish.

▶ 1 TABLESPOON COARSE SALT
▶ 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
▶ ½ TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
▶ LIME WEDGE
Prepare the rims of the glasses by
combining the dry ingredients and
mixing well. Use the lime wedge
to wet the edges, then dip into the
mixture.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the
jalapeños. Add the jalapeño juice,
lime juice, triple sec, water, tequila
and ice to the shaker. Shake. Taste
and add agave syrup if desired;
shake again if added.
Carefully add fresh ice to the serving
glasses. Double-strain the Margarita
into the glasses. Garnish.
