Tanteo Habanero Tequila (40% ABV)
is an ultra-premium 100% blue weber
agave blanco tequila infused with locally
grown habanero peppers, sourced from
the Yucatan Peninsula. Tanteo Habanero
Tequila is a spicy, piquant spirit with a
pleasant tropical nose that complements
any extra-spicy cocktail.
Bacardi Mango Chile Rum (35% ABV)
is flavored rum with a little sweet heat.
It provides the perfect balance of sweet
mango, chile spice and Bacardí white
rum.
Richmond-made Belle Isle Honey Habanero
(35% ABV) balances sweet and heat.
Infused with local honey and organic
habaneros grown just 50 miles from the
distillery, Belle Isle Honey Habanero makes
a creative substitution in tequila cocktails
and works well with any citrus.
Ancho Reyes Verde (40% ABV) chile
poblano liqueur is sweet, spicy and herbaceous.
It's made with fire-roasted green
poblano chiles, sliced and pureed for a
six-month maceration (cooking to soften).
The liqueur is warm and bright but simultaneously
fresh, great with tequila, gin and
vodka, finding its place in cocktails such
as a Spicy Margarita or a Gimlet.
Made with real pineapple and jalapeño,
Dulce Vida Pineapple Jalapeño
Tequila (35% ABV)is handcrafted from
100% blue agave then infused and
blended.
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire Whiskey
(35% ABV) harvests its heat not from
chile peppers but from cinnamaldehyde,
the aromatic compound in cinnamon that
tastes like spicy fireball candy.
Chesapeake Bay Distillery Ghost Pepper
Infused Vodka (35% ABV) is made by
smoking ghost peppers until they're black,
to accentuate the chile flavors. They dry
the smoked peppers, then soak them in
Spirits of the Blue Ridge Vodka. The lightly
spicy spirit from Virginia Beach mixes well
with citrus and ginger and makes a killer
Bloody Mary. The distillery has recently
introduced a Smoked Ghost Pepper Tequila
(40% ABV), too.

▶ 1 OZ MANGO PURÉE

Combine first four
ingredients in a shaker with
ice. Shake well and strain
into an ice-filled rocks
glass. Garnish.

refreshing cocktail.

Build in an ice-filled Collins
glass. Add jalapeño wheels,
if desired. Stir and garnish.

Pepper Martini by adding dry vermouth
