Recipe
YUMMY YOGURT POPSICLES
You will need:
1 lb fresh fruit
2 TBS sugar
2 cups any flavor yogurt
popsicle molds or paper cups
popsicle sticks
Directions:
Purée the fruit and sugar until
smooth. Pour into a re-sealable
bag. Spoon the yogurt into a
re-sealable bag, as well. Snip a
corner from each bag. Take turns
squeezing the yogurt and purée
into the cups or molds then run a
knife through to create swirls. Place
in freezer for 20 minutes, then
insert sticks and freeze. Unmold
with a little hot water run over the
outside.
Gardening Hints
Your garden needs an inch of water
a week. If rain is not in the forecast,
then water small sections at a time
until each section has received an
inch of water. You can measure by
placing an empty can in the garden
and using a ruler to see how much
water falls inside it.
