Tell us about your business.
Creative Occasions is a boutique-style fl oral design studio where we specialize
in creating bespoke fl oral designs that are one-of-a-kind, never cookie-cutter!
While we off er daily fl oral designs for all occasions, our award-winning designers
really excel with wedding fl orals! Our goal is always to exceed the client's expectations
and I know that's true when we hear " our fl owers were so much better
than I could have ever imagined! "
What's your favorite part of your job?
Weddings are one of the things I most enjoy about my job! I love meeting with
couples and hearing about their plans - imagining the beauty of their day and
how I can help bring those unique and intimate details to life! My goal always is
to refl ect the look and feel for the wedding that the couple shares with me, the
focus always on the client. I feel a great sense of responsibility that they have
entrusted me with designing and crafting the wedding day of their dreams.
What does it mean to you to be recognized as a " Best of bridebook "
winner? It's a great honor to be recognized as a " Best of Bridebook " award winner!
As weddings are so important to me as a designer and business owner, it
means the world that those same clients have spoken to say that we are among
the best vendors for their special celebration!

Tell us about your business.
We are a videography and photography company with a focus on weddings,
events and portraiture. Our style is candid and true to life, and our
goal is to document the authentic emotion of each wedding day. We aim to
create videos that spark memories by capturing important moments, and
valuing each couple's unique relationship. One of our favorite moments is
always the fi rst look because it allows the couples to be their most genuine,
and it's a moment that, without us, would never be experienced again.

How did your career path lead you to your current position?
We have backgrounds in theatre and fi lm production. After moving to Virginia,
where Rachel is from, we began editing virtual productions for theatre
companies, and began transitioning into the wedding and events world from
there. Our specifi c medium may have changed, but our focus has always
been storytelling.
What does it mean to you to be recognized as a " Best of bridebook "
award winner?
We have always known that we have the best clients, but being recognized
in this way means the world. We love our clients and they love us right back!
