Coconut Mint Julep From Kōloa Rum Company ▷ 1½ OZ. KŌLOA COCONUT RUM ▷ ¼ OZ. COCONUT SUGAR (OR 1 BAR SPOON) ▷ ¼ OZ. ORGEAT SYRUP ▷ ½ OZ. KŌLOA DARK RUM, TO FLOAT ▷ 1 LARGE MINT SPRIG Gently muddle the mint sprig with the coconut sugar. Add the Kōloa Coconut Rum, orgeat and a scoop of crushed ice. Gently stir the tin to integrate ingredients. Float the Kōloa Dark Rum on top, finish with more crushed ice and top with toasted coconut flakes and mint sprig. Tip: You can substitute Bacardi Coco Rum or Malibu Coconut Rum for the Kōloa Coconut Rum. Hawaii Five-O Combines the alluring taste of frozen pineapple with a delicate hint of chocolate. Rinse the blender. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, banana and ice to the blender. Blend until smooth.
