Daniel Colston is the founder and manager
at Upward Financial Planning.
His entrepreneurial journey includes
founding and managing Daniel's
Painting, LLC and steering the rapid
growth of Upward Financial Planning
to serve over 50 client households
with $12 million under management.
Colston's diverse portfolio extends to
real estate, with ownership of seven
rental properties. He has written four
books, including the " Money Success
Guidebook, " and is currently working
on the " Business Success Guidebook. "
A Certified Exit Planning Advisor
(CEPA) and a Certified Financial
Planner (CFP) professional, Colston
has served on the Board of Directors
for the Greater Williamson Road Area
Business Association, is the VP for
Network Your Business and contributed
as an advisor with Leadership

engineer in 2017, Andrew Davis
became a Project Manager in 2021.
Currently overseeing seven projects
across Virginia and North Carolina, he
manages approximately 100 employees.

Landfill 5 and NCDOT US29/US70/
US220 O'Henry Blvd. Davis actively
contributes to industry committees,
such as the Virginia Transportation
Construction Alliance (VTCA)
Contractor Leadership Committee
and the Branch Group Leadership
Council. Davis was named 2021
Branch Civil Project Manager of the
Year; the Jamestown Parkway project
was included in Roads & Bridges
Magazine's Top 10 Road Projects of
2022. Davis also coaches and umpires
baseball, participates in clean-up
efforts, contributes to baseball field
construction and supports initiatives
like The Big Event at Virginia Tech
and Feeding Southwest Virginia. His
volunteer efforts extend to events with
Branch Group, Virginia Department of
Wildlife Resources and Habitat for

Dominguez has a robust background
managing operations, finances, HR, IT
and marketing. She raised $450,000
for Project Forward in 2021, providing
8,000 pairs of shoes to economically
disadvantaged children.
In 2022, as the fundraising manager
for DreamTree Project, she orchestrated
a radio fundraiser that generated
over $27,000 in less than a
week. Dominguez is a co-founder and
board member of Latinas Network,
a nonprofit dedicated to increasing
Latina representation and empowerment.
She has addressed Liberty
University's Project Management
Institute, Roanoke College's PMI
Symposium and the 2024 Roanoke
Regional Writers Conference on topics
like AI, ethics and writing. Her leadership
earned her the Athena Young
Professional Leadership Award, recognizing
her excellence, creativity
and dedication to mentoring the next
generation of female leaders. " I am

A Genetic Counselor II at Carilion
Clinic, Hailey Feldman has been
contributing to the region's healthcare
industry since 2018. Holding a
Master of Science Degree in Medical
and Molecular Genetics from Indiana
University, she specializes in facilitating
patient decision-making regarding
prenatal genetic testing. Feldman is an
active member of professional organizations
such as the American Board of
Genetic Counselors, National Society
of Genetic Counselors and the Virginia
Association of Genetic Counselors.
She has successfully published her
research in a peer-reviewed journal.
Her professional achievements
include serving as the President of
the Virginia Association of Genetic
Counselors (VaAGC) and contributing
to the Women's Clinical Practice
Committee and Women's Mental
Health Collaborative at Carilion
Clinic. Feldman is a member of the
Junior League of Roanoke Valley,
currently serving as Membership
Experience Assistant Vice-President.
She previously played a pivotal role
as a New Member Co-Chair, orienting
