L'analyse de la distribution
Il s'agit de répondre à quelques questions :
Sommes-nous chez les « bons » distributeurs ? C'est-à-dire ceux
qui vont nous permettre d'atteindre nos objectifs (volume, rentabilité,
image, etc.).
Qui détient le « levier » ? Le client est-il d'abord le client du distributeur, auquel cas l'industriel doit adapter son produit / service à ce
client final ? Ou le client est-il le client du fabricant et, dans ce cas, le
distributeur sert la demande du client final ?
Quelle doit être la place de la distribution dans notre mode de commercialisation (avec le développement très rapide du multicanal) ?
Quelle influence vont avoir les grandes tendances de la distribution
(massification, sophistication marketing, primauté au process, centralisation, etc.) ?
