image du produit et degré de fidélité des acheteurs et consommateurs ?), « taux d'achat » des différents produits (et leurs « liaisons historiques »)...
- audit commercial (organisation) : présence sur le terrain, maîtrise du processus commercial, allocation de l'ensemble des ressources commerciales, rapidité, souplesse, aptitude à initier des
processus nouveaux pour servir mieux les marchés...
- analyse des résultats des actions commerciales : évaluation
critique des actions passées (marchés exploités, gamme de produits, équilibre de cette gamme, notoriété et image de marque,
choix des cibles, positionnement et mix retenu et actions qui en
avaient découlé).
