C - Les référentiels comptables
Deux référentiels comptables sont actuellement applicables en France par les sociétés commerciales : le référentiel
français et le référentiel IFRS.
Leur application dépend du type de société (société cotée ou non) et de la nature des comptes à établir (comptes
individuels ou sociaux et comptes consolidés).

Précisons que les règlements 2014-03 et CRC 99-02 ont été modifiés suite aux textes qui ont transposé la
directive comptable unique 2013/34/06 du 26 juin 2013 relative aux états financiers annuels et consolidés.
Les nouvelles règles introduites sont applicables depuis le 1er janvier 2016.
D - Les allègement des obligations comptables des petites entreprises
Depuis 2014, dans le cadre de la transposition de la directive comptable unique, plusieurs textes sont venus
alléger et préciser les obligations comptables des plus petites entreprises. Leurs dispositions sont désormais
intégrées dans le Code de commerce et le Plan comptable général.
Par ailleurs, la loi Macron du 6 août 2015 permet :
- aux micro-entreprises, personnes morales, « en sommeil*», d'établir un bilan et un compte de résultat
abrégés dès lors qu'elles n'emploient aucun salarié et qu'elles ne modifient pas la structure de leur bilan.
Quant aux micro-entreprises, personnes physiques, « en sommeil* », elles sont dispensées d'établir un bilan
et un compte de résultat. Précisons que ces allègements sont limités à deux ans au plus et cessent en cas de
reprise de l'activité ;
* « en sommeil » : Entreprise ayant effectué une inscription de cessation totale ou temporaire d'activité
