Estimez vos frais fixes
La démarche pour estimer vos frais fixes est à peu près la même que pour
vos frais de lancement. Il est néanmoins nécessaire de séparer clairement les
deux pour la suite de votre travail. Listez-les dans un onglet différent de votre
tableur.
Vos frais fixes sont donc tous les frais de fonctionnement de votre entreprise.
Ils ont une nature récurrente et vous continuerez à les supporter, indifféremment de votre niveau de chiffre d'affaires.
Une fois que vous avez fait une première liste de vos frais fixes, prenez le
temps de revenir sur les activités clés de votre entreprise (dans votre business
model) pour vous assurer que ces dernières n'impliquent pas des coûts que
vous auriez oubliés.
Voici une liste (non exhaustive, encore une fois) des frais fixes que vous pourriez supporter :
* loyers et charges locatives ;
* dépenses d'électricité, d'eau et de gaz ;
* dépenses récurrentes de marketing et de communication ;
* honoraires d'expert-comptable ;
* honoraires d'avocat ;
* assurances des locaux ;
* assurance en responsabilité civile professionnelle (très fortement recommandée et même obligatoire pour certaines professions) ;
* salaires des employés et charges sociales y afférentes ;
* impôts ;
