Quelle est la mission que vous vous êtes donnée avec votre entreprise ? Votre
lecteur voudra comprendre qu'elle est votre mission : la raison qui vous
pousse à créer cette entreprise et celle qui vous donnera l'énergie suffisante
pour vous lever le matin et continuer votre parcours d'entrepreneur, malgré
les difficultés qui ne manqueront pas de se dresser sur votre parcours.

comme l'a dit si justement l'auteur et conférencier britannique Simon Sinek
dans une conférence TED intitulée « Pourquoi les grands leaders nous
poussent à l'action », vue près de 40 millions de fois sur Internet.
Si vous n'avez jamais vu cette vidéo, je vous la recommande. Son approche est
basée sur le fait que, pour initier une action (dans votre cas, décider votre partenaire à vous suivre dans votre projet), vous devez mettre la cause qui vous
anime au cœur de votre message plutôt que d'écrire ce que vous pensez que
l'on attend de vous. Vous y mettrez ainsi plus de vie, plus d'émotion dans votre
message et vous donnerez à votre partenaire l'envie d'avancer avec vous.
Pour embarquer votre lecteur avec vous, commencez par vous demander
ce qui vous a poussé à créer votre entreprise dans ce secteur. Si c'est votre
métier depuis toujours, demandez-vous pourquoi vous l'avez choisi ? Si vous
êtes restaurateur, peut-être que votre choix est lié à des souvenirs d'enfance :
une grand-mère qui vous cuisinait de bons petits plats ou que vous aidiez en
cuisine...
