La viabilité de votre business model et de votre projet
Bien sûr, le premier objectif du business plan est de montrer que votre entreprise sera rentable. Même si vous lancez une entreprise dans le domaine de
l'économie sociale et solidaire et que vous ne souhaitez pas créer votre entreprise avec un objectif capitalistique, vous ne pouvez pas vous extraire d'une
démarche de rentabilité.
Une entreprise rentable est une entreprise qui peut rémunérer ses employés
à leur juste valeur, qui peut investir pour se développer et porter plus loin
son message et sa mission. Vous ne serez peut-être pas rentable la première
année, les coûts de lancement sont souvent lourds et les opérations de communication du début ont souvent un plus faible retour sur investissement
que celles que vous allez mener une fois que votre entreprise et votre image
seront installées. Vous devez néanmoins montrer que votre entreprise sera
rentable dès qu'elle aura atteint son rythme de croisière.
Pour s'en assurer, votre lecteur
(et peut-être futur partenaire) va
regarder votre compte de résultat mais aussi votre plan de trésorerie mois par mois ainsi que
votre plan de financement.

Démontrer la viabilité de votre projet,
c'est montrer que votre entreprise sera en
mesure de vous rétribuer, de rembourser
vos financements externes et de financer
elle-même sa croissance in fine.

N'hésitez pas à expliquer tout élément qui pourrait soulever des interrogations de la part de votre lecteur toujours avec ce même objectif : le rassurer.

Votre point mort
Comme nous l'avons vu p. 127, votre point mort est le seuil à partir duquel
votre entreprise commence à gagner de l'argent. Il n'apparaît pas en tant que
tel dans vos états financiers (même si l'on peut s'en faire une idée sommaire
en analysant en détail votre compte de résultat prévisionnel).
Prenez le temps de rédiger un court paragraphe sur votre point mort : quels
sont vos coûts fixes chaque année et qu'est-ce qu'ils incluent ? Prévoyez-vous
de vous rémunérer et, si oui, à quelle hauteur et à partir de quand ? Il est
