MISE EN PRATIQUE
Faites le lien entre vos aspirations personnelles et professionnelles
Voici une réflexion à mener et dont je vous encourage à écrire les conclusions
sur une feuille de papier pour garder une trace écrite que vous pourrez relire
de temps en temps. Vous pouvez, pour se faire, copier la trame que vous trouverez ci-après.
Prenez un peu de temps pour faire le point sur votre vie, vos objectifs et vos
ambitions à long terme en commençant par vous poser la question suivante :
comment est-ce que je me vois dans 10, 20, 30 ans (selon le nombre d'années
actives que vous estimez avoir devant vous) ? Quels sont mes objectifs ?
C'est la définition de ces objectifs à long terme qui va vous permettre de
construire votre parcours.
Une fois que vos objectifs seront définis, il vous faudra faire un état des lieux
de votre situation actuelle. Où en êtes-vous aujourd'hui par rapport à vos
objectifs ? Et, surtout, que vous manque-t-il pour les atteindre ?
Vous aurez ainsi une meilleure vision du chemin à parcourir et pourrez plus
facilement mettre en place le plan d'action nécessaire pour avancer.
Une fois que cela sera fait, je vous recommande de décliner vos objectifs
en sous-objectifs : quelles sont les étapes intermédiaires nécessaires pour
atteindre vos ambitions ? Fixez-vous des objectifs dans le temps, en commençant par le plus lointain, la réalisation de chaque phase étant sous-tendue par
la réussite de la précédente. Ayez une vision claire de ce que vous devrez faire
à 15 ans, 10 ans, 5 ans et même 1 an pour avancer vers votre but.
Avoir un réel plan d'action pour votre vie, cela vous permettra de définir une
vision pour votre entreprise qui est en phase avec vos aspirations les plus
profondes.
La fiche est à renseigner de haut en bas, le but des objectifs intermédiaires n'étant
que de vous permettre d'atteindre l'objectif long terme que vous vous êtes fixé.
