Sur quels critères choisir ses fournisseurs ?
Les critères à prendre en compte pour identifier les meilleurs fournisseurs sont par ordre d'importance décroissant :

1 La qualité des produits et leur adéquation avec les attentes de votre
client ;

2 Le prix ;
3 Les conditions de mise à disposition (délais de livraison, mode de livraison, niveau de commande minimal) ;

4 Les risques liés à l'approvisionnement (risque de rupture de stock par
exemple) ;

5 Les conditions de paiement ;
6 Les montants des frais annexes : droits de douane, coût du transport...
En règle générale, pour les achats de produits finis, les frais sont intégrés mais il convient de vous en assurer au préalable.
La nature des rapports entre l'entreprise et ses fournisseurs a aussi une
importance : sans confiance mutuelle, les relations risquent de s'arrêter
brutalement, ce qui pourrait avoir des conséquences lourdes sur votre
activité. Il vaut mieux construire la relation avec vos fournisseurs comme
un partenariat de long terme.
Enfin, évitez de dépendre d'un seul fournisseur-clé. Une situation de
dépendance augmente vos risques en cas de défaillance de votre fournisseur (rupture d'approvisionnement, difficultés financières...).
Soyez aussi vigilant aux conditions de travail de l'usine. C'est un point sur
lequel les consommateurs sont de plus en plus attentifs et qui peut vous
porter préjudice si vous choisissez le mauvais fournisseur.
Dès lors que vous avez la vision, la cible client et les partenaires clés pour
votre projet, je vous recommande de prendre du recul sur le travail déjà réalisé et de passer à la formalisation de votre business model. Cet exercice vous
permettra d'identifier d'éventuelles incohérences et/ou axes d'amélioration.
