cette partie ne devrait pas poser de problème, le prix de marché de votre produit devrait permettre de couvrir vos charges.

intervenir, alors la réflexion sur les charges mérite que vous vous y arrêtiez
un peu.

Reprenons notre exemple de l'agence évènementiel :
Malgré les deux flux distincts de revenus, vous savez que votre rentabilité sera faible si vous avez la même structure de coûts qu'une agence
classique et que cela va nuire à votre capacité à vous rémunérer et à
embaucher des salariés.
Vous allez donc devoir modifier votre approche et trouver des solutions
pour faire des économies : optimiser votre mode de fonctionnement,
vous appuyer sur des outils qui vont vous permettre de gagner du temps...
Comme pour le chiffre d'affaires, les possibilités sont infinies ! À vous
de vous montrer créatif et d'imaginer des solutions auxquelles même vos
concurrents n'ont pas pensé.

N'hésitez pas à réduire les activités et ressources nécessaires à la réalisation
de votre produit si les avantages amenés ne sont pas jugés essentiels par
votre client. Cela vous permettra de réduire les coûts et vous avantagera par
rapport à la concurrence.
Le fait d'être un nouvel entrant sur votre marché vous donne certains désavantages par rapport à vos concurrents mais c'est aussi une chance ! Vous
voyez les choses avec un œil neuf et vous êtes prêt à remettre en cause ce qui
est considéré comme établi par vos concurrents plus anciens.
