faire courir une entreprise à sa perte avant même d'avoir connu ses premiers
succès.
La performance de votre business model va reposer sur 4 facteurs clés de
succès :

* la simplicité ;
* l'agilité ;
* la rentabilité.

La proposition de valeur
Au cœur du Business Model Canva, la proposition de valeur est aussi au cœur
de l'approche du business model en général. Votre proposition de valeur doit
être claire pour vous, mais aussi pour votre client qui doit comprendre en un
instant quelle est la valeur ajoutée de votre produit pour lui et pourquoi il
devrait vous choisir vous plutôt que l'un de vos concurrents.
Avec une bonne proposition de valeur (ou promesse, en marketing), vous
convaincrez plus vite et plus facilement vos clients d'acheter vos produits. Il
vous est certainement déjà arrivé de choisir un produit parmi un ensemble de
produits similaires et d'être convaincu par l'un d'eux avant même de l'avoir
essayé. C'est sûrement parce que la promesse associée à ce produit vous a
convaincue (consciemment ou non...).
