Une fois que vous avez fixé votre date butoir et avant de commencer à faire
votre rétroplanning, il est important de lister les différents chantiers à mener
de front. Voici les chantiers incontournables :
* la collecte, l'analyse et la synthèse des éléments relatifs à votre étude
de marché ;
* la réalisation de votre prévisionnel financier ;
* la rédaction de votre business plan ;
* la mise en forme de votre business plan.
Pour chaque chantier, vous devez analyser si vous allez travailler seul ou
si vous allez faire appel à des experts. Si vous souhaitez faire appel à des
experts, interrogez-les le plus tôt possible sur les délais dont ils vont avoir
besoin pour réaliser leurs diligences. Il est peu probable qu'un expert réalise
une étude de marché en trois jours. Le fait d'avoir la connaissance de cette
information vous permettra de mieux anticiper les choses.
Pour chaque chantier, vous pouvez lister l'ensemble des tâches à réaliser et
estimer le temps qu'elles vont vous prendre. Si nous prenons l'exemple de
l'étude de marché, ces tâches incluront, par exemple :
* l'étude documentaire ;
* la synthèse des interviews de clients potentiels (ou la réalisation de ces
interviews si vous ne les avez pas faites lors de la définition de votre
business model) ;
* la synthèse et l'analyse de votre étude de marché en amont de la rédaction de votre business plan.
Ensuite, vous devrez analyser comment ces tâches sont reliées les unes aux
autres. Ces liens sont à faire pour chacun des chantiers mais aussi entre les
différents chantiers. Vous ne pourrez pas rédiger la partie relative à l'étude
de marché dans votre business plan tant que vous n'aurez pas finalisé votre
étude de marché (cela paraît évident en le lisant mais ça l'est parfois moins
lorsque l'on est dans le feu de l'action).
