LE CONTRÔLE FISCAL
Les contrôles fiscaux comprennent deux volets : le CFCI (Contrôle Fiscal
des Comptabilités Informatisées) et le contrôle sur pièces. Ils ont pour but
principal de détecter les fraudes fiscales. Les sommes redressées peuvent
faire l'objet de pénalités et de majorations significatives - sans compter la
taxation forfaitaire. Il est donc important d'être préparé, tant au contrôle
sur pièces, et donc de conserver les pièces comptables sous-tendant la
comptabilité, qu'au CFCI.
Le CFCI nécessite la remise d'un Fichier des Écritures Comptables (FEC).
Ainsi, dès qu'une comptabilité n'est pas tenue à 100 % sur des registres
papier, il est obligatoire d'utiliser un logiciel agréé :

Les sanctions sont lourdes en cas de non-présentation du FEC : de
5 000 € d'amende à un rejet de la comptabilité.
Il faut également valider les écritures comptables avant tout envoi de déclaration fiscale (TVA, déclaration 2035, etc.) et donc ne pas pouvoir les
modifier a posteriori.
On parle également de contrôle sur pièces : l'administration fiscale peut en
effet demander une copie de toute pièce comptable et contrôler sur place
l'existence physique des éléments déclarés.
LE PRÉLÈVEMENT À LA SOURCE
Le prélèvement à la source (PAS) est applicable depuis le 1er janvier 2019.
Pour les BNC, le PAS fonctionne sur la base d'acomptes provisionnels :
