Le plan de rémunération peut aussi prévoir la rémunération des responsables si l'agence en possède. Plus tôt dans cet ouvrage, nous avions évoqué une structure avec des responsables commerciaux et des managers commerciaux. Si nous devions écrire un plan de rémunération pour cette
agence, il faudrait donc prévoir, à l'intérieur, la rémunération des managers commerciaux et des
responsables commerciaux.
Le plan peut aussi prévoir de caper les taux, c'est-à-dire de définir un taux maximum au-dessus
duquel il sera impossible d'arriver.
Enfin, ces plans de rémunération peuvent aussi intégrer des modalités de rémunérations particulières, comme les rémunérations sur des dossiers qualifiés par l'agence, sur les biens personnels
ou encore sur certains types de clients, comme les promoteurs.
IV. La particularité d'une rémunération avec
avances sur commissions
Il est courant que les VRP soient embauchés avec ce que l'on appelle des avances sur commissions.
Il convient de comprendre comment cela fonctionne. Les fixes versés les mois sans chiffre d'affaires seront retranchés du calcul des commissions avant que celles-ci soient versées. De plus, si
la commission est inférieure au minimum légal, la rémunération mensuelle devra être complétée
par une avance sur commission jusqu'à atteindre le minimum légal. Le mieux est de passer par un
exemple.
Imaginons un collaborateur, KAB embauché en tant que VRP en avance sur commission avec un fixe de
1 700 € brut (au-dessus du minimum légal de 2020). Son taux de rémunération est évalué à 18 % bruts
sur le chiffre d'affaires hors taxes. Ce collaborateur KAB se lance dans l'activité, il réalise donc plusieurs
mois sans résultats. Voici son CA HT sur six mois :
