malgré la connaissance très
tardive
de
l'information
relative à la zone du bien
immobilier,
laquelle
n'a
pas été transmise par les
vendeurs, la seule location du
bien dans une zone de plan
d'exposition au bruit n'est
pas de nature à entraîner la
résolution de la vente
