que le mandataire avaient
connaissance de la présence
de plomb et qu'ils l'auraient
dissimulé
* La cour d'appel indique
que les factures d'hôtel des
locataires doivent être prises
en charge par le mandataire
sur
le
fondement
d'un
manquement professionnel
* S'agissant
du
remboursement des frais
de CREP, ces derniers
doivent
être supportés
par le propriétaire et son
mandataire
* Néanmoins, la cour a refusé
de faire droit à la demande
des locataires concernant
le remboursement
des
loyers en ce que la présence
de plomb n'a pas eu de
conséquence sur le plan de
la santé et le taux justifiant
les travaux

d'expertise formulée par le
locataire
