Si l'analyse révèle la présence d'amiante, l'opérateur procède, par zone homogène, à l'évaluation
de l'état de conservation des flocages, calorifugeages et faux plafonds contenant de l'amiante.
Il doit alors remplir une grille d'évaluation qui tient compte de :
- l'accessibilité du matériau ;
- son degré de dégradation ;
- son exposition à des chocs ou des vibrations ;
- les mouvements d'air dans le local.
Il s'ensuit la remise d'un rapport de repérage dans lequel l'opérateur recommande :
- soit une évaluation périodique de l'état de conservation de ces produits et matériaux dans un
délai de 3 ans ;
- soit des mesures d'empoussièrement ;
- soit des travaux de confinement ou de retrait.
Dans les deux derniers cas, une copie de ce rapport est à transmettre au préfet.
2. Les matériaux de la liste B
Le repérage concerne tous les immeubles bâtis, quel qu'en soit l'usage, dont le permis de construire
a été délivré avant le 1er
juillet 1997, à l'exception des maisons individuelles ou des parties privatives
des immeubles collectifs, sauf en cas de vente.

aux caractéristiques du bien
et, d'autre part, en ce qu'il
n'a pas vérifié la cohérence
des résultats fournis par le
laboratoire avec la présence
d'amiante dans les parties
communes de la copropriété
dont
dépendait
immobilier
ledit
bien
