recognize the importance
of training?
Gold Eagle believes in people.
They want to do the best
thing for the business by
investing in their employees,
their greatest competitive
advantage. Through employee
surveys, we realized that there
could be some things we could

do to improve collaboration
and the communication
between departments and
employees to help them
work more effectively and
serve their customers.
how has the training
strategy evolved?
Our training has grown
in scope and size since
we started implementing
it. We have gone broader
and incorporated external
leadership training through
Dale Carnegie Chicago and
Six Sigma Greenbelt training
from the University of
Illinois Business & Industry
Services (U of I BIS). This
broader scope prepares the
organization to be more
effective in how they handle
projects. Training is done on
more of an individualized
base, which allows us to
focus more on how each
