We are so grateful to win this award for a second time! It's a testament to our commitment to an education and training program that results in fielding the very best possible team. We have already established resultsoriented training programs that teach our people how to perform their jobs at a very high level. We have now turned our attention to both ends of the training spectrum: orienting new employees to Olympus and preparatory management training. Our new employee orientation teaches our newest additions who we are and what we do, and what our company does for them. Who we are is defined in "Our Statement of Values."
