Indianapolis and New Albany AALFs Hold VIP Openings
VIP ribbon-cutting ceremonies were held by Gardant Management Solutions for the two new Affordable
Assisted Living Facilities developed by AHEPA Affordable Housing Management Company. Gardant is the
property manager of Hellenic Senior Living of Indianapolis and Hellenic Senior Living of New Albany.
Community leaders, Gardant personnel and dignitaries of Hellenic Development, Inc., and AHEPA
Affordable Housing Management Co., were pleased to introduce the senior assisted living facility in
Indianapolis, Ind., January 18, 2018, and the facility in New Albany, Ind., February 1, 2018.

member relationship manager of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, presented a commemorative
plaque to Poly to recognize the community's opening.
