AHEPA Management Co. Promotes, Hires Staff
The AHEPA Management Co. (AMC) of
Fishers, Ind. has added Kay Quatroche
to the staff as Quality Assurance
Manager. She will be responsible for
quality assurance and training within
the Service Coordination and Quality
Assurance Services programs.
Quatroche was the Area Sales
Manager for AT&T, Indianapolis, with
a focus on wellness through yoga, art
retreats and team building events. She
is a member of the Indiana Association
of Service Coordinators and is Marketing
co-chair. She also belongs to the American
Society on Aging and is a registered Yoga
Instructor. Quatroche, a native of Houston,
Kay Quatroche
Theresa Merryman
has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan Univ.;
a BA in Advertising and also Psychology
from Penn. State Univ.; and a BFA in
Painting from Indiana University. She
resides in Indianapolis.
Theresa Merryman has been promoted to Area Manager with oversight
responsibilities for A310-VII, Mobile;
A310-XI, Theodore, Ala.; and the new
Citronelle, Ala. Apartments. She is
currently Property Manager of A310
Apartments, Mobile.
Merryman joined AMC in 2011
after more than 10 years as Property
Accountant and Portfolio Manager,
Compliance Officer and Property
Manager in the field. She has a BA
in Accounting and volunteers for
Brentwood Children's Home, serving
on its Board. She also serves on the
Bay area Apartment Association and
the Alabama Apartment Association.
Merryman currently resides in Mobile.
Speliopoulos honored
by Housing Board
Past Board president of the Board of Directors
of Penelope 35 I and II of Minneapolis,
Minn. honored its past president Angie Rallis
Speliopoulos, PGP, with an engraved plaque
on March 2, 2014.
Anna Paulsen, who conveyed the sentiments of the Board, presented the plaque.
"We are blessed to celebrate the accomplishments of our apartment complex champion," Paulsen said. "Each of us has had the
opportunity to be a part of project beyond the
typical Daughters' legacy."
She added, "Angie has summoned the troops
to write grants, develop building plans, decorate
plan activities for the residents and be ambassadors of the Daughters of Penelope. She is
tireless and fearless despite coming up against
challenges, continues to drive forward."
Angie thanked all for contributing and
stated nothing could be accomplished without
the gifts of the Lord.
