Brother Demetrios G. Vidalis, PE, assumed the role of Director-at-Large on
the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) Board of Directors
during NEWWA's recent annual conference. He has been a NEWWA
member since 2009 and serves on several committees. A fifteen-year
veteran of Boston Water and Sewer Commission (BWSC), Vidalis, who is
a Sons of Pericles Past Supreme President, currently serves BWSC as
Superintendent of Asset Management and CMOM Director.

The brothers welcomed Supreme President George
Horiates for a visitation where they toured a local
Ronald McDonald House the chapter supports,
Sept. 6, 2019. The brothers routinely cook meals
for the children of Ronald McDonald House and
their families.

The chapter held its annual OXI Day celebration and hosted the coffee hour
after church at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, Oct. 27, 2019. Brother
Peter Cade gave a presentation that truly captured the essence of OXI Day.
Also, in October, the chapter teamed with Daughters of Penelope Zeus
Chapter 38 to sponsor its 2nd Annual Community Glendi, Oct. 19. They
served a delicious steak dinner, prepared on a new commercial grill that
AHEPA donated to the church. More than 120 guests attended and danced
the evening away to the music of Greg Ragias OPA!
