Nashua Ahepans
Provide Garden for
Residents
Last fall, the residents of AHEPA 35 Manor,
Nashua, N.H., requested that a garden plot/area
be established. A perfect spot in the back of the
lot was chosen with a little slope. The Ahepans
constructed a 10- by 20-foot garden with pressure-treated wood and other supplies needed.
In the spring, a nice raised-bed garden was
developed and filled with loam. The residents
are happy, planting various crops to be shared
with all residents in the fall.

Dear Executive Director Mossaidis,
Dear AHEPA Educational Foundation,
It was a pleasure spending time with you during your recent visit
to San Francisco for the AHEPA Family Supreme Convention. I
hope this gathering exceeded all your expectations and was a
fulfilling experience for all your members.
I was truly humbled to be honored by
AHEPA with the Aristotle Award. The efforts
I have put forth for the church, to promote
our faith, to preserve our ancestral heritage,
and to encourage education and excellence
for our youth, have all been a labor of love
for me and my family. I hope that the work
I have done will inspire others to carry these
important values for the benefit of future generations.
Thank you for all your efforts to make this a most memorable
experience for me, my family and closest friends. I greatly appreciate AHEPA selecting me for this distinct honor and I remain
committed to preserving and promoting our faith and heritage
and upholding the ideals of our ancestors.
Again, my sincere thanks for your kindness and for this special honor bestowed upon me by AHEPA.
Thank you so much for awarding me the Journey to Greece
scholarship. It truly helped set the platform for what AHEPA
is all about in furthering my education while also getting
the chance to experience Greece. I met many lifelong
friends and truly had an amazing time with my classes,
trips, and teachers. I will remember and treasure this experience for the rest of my life.
