I am so excited to share our new brand
identity and name with you.
AHEPA Management Company (AMC)
and AHEPA National Housing Corporation
(ANHC) are now AHEPA Senior Living
(ASL).
Our new name captures our company's
history, purpose, and mission.
But more importantly, our new identity
reflects our ongoing evolution-to meet
the needs of a growing segment of our
population-older adults-and it better represents
and communicates who we are and
how we do business in 2022 and beyond.
Our refreshed brand also is reflected in
our updated mission: To provide older adults
with safe, healthy, and enriching affordable
residential communities and quality services
that allow them to thrive and enjoy peace of mind.
Our new logo accurately reflects the modern, successful
company that AHEPA Senior Living has become. It is clean,
modern, and welcoming, and it conveys comfort.
Although we have a new name and logo, and updated mission,
our core principles remain the same. Since our founding
in 1980, AHEPA Senior Living has been
built on the ideals of a commitment to
service, philanthropy, and dignity for
older adults. These principles that our
employees embrace, and our residents
enjoy, hold true today. Our communities
empower residents to retain independence
and individuality. Residents enjoy
an engaging lifestyle supported by quality
services provided by compassionate,
dedicated, and well-trained professionals.
Today, AHEPA Senior Living serves more than 5,000 residents
at 91 affordable multifamily communities in 19 states.
The rebrand conveys a more accurate representation of what we
do, providing exceptional affordable independent and assisted
senior living options and quality aging services for older adults
across the country. It identifies us as an industry leader and
enables us to build a common culture and seamlessly integrate
future property acquisitions or new construction. With a solid
foundation, we are well-positioned for near-term success and
long-term growth in our affordable senior housing and assisted
living portfolios.

AHEPA Housing Launches New Brand, Website
AHEPA Management Company (AMC) and AHEPA National
Housing Corporation (ANHC) are now AHEPA Senior Living
(ASL). The new integrated name, logo, and website will more
holistically encapsulate the growing services provided by
ASL.

As part of the rebrand, ASL has launched a new website-
www.AhepaSeniorLiving.org. The new site features improved
navigation, a streamlined process for locating communities

across the country, user-friendly donation functionality, and a
new theme that unifies the entire organization. Additionally,
the new website and brand reflect the organization's updated
mission-To provide older adults with safe, healthy, and enriching
affordable residential communities and quality services that
allow them to thrive and enjoy peace of mind.
