and consequence of this pandemic.
I am proud of our personnel who
ensured our residents continued to
have safe access to the vital supportive services they need to live independently during this pandemic. They
found creative and safe ways to make
our resident feel less isolated. It is a
testament to their training and experience in the field. Finally, as volunteers
serving on our local housing boards,
AHEPA members, too, are proud to be

doing their part to help care for our
nation's vulnerable seniors.
Finally, AMC is proud to start its 30
year with exciting news that our company is growing its mission by reaching
an agreement to take over management of two affordable assisting living
communities (AALF) in New Albany,
Indiana, and Indianapolis. Each community is an 125-unit community built
in 2018. Affordable assisted living is the
biggest secret in Indiana, and really, in

the nation. Our residents are provided
with quality round-the-clock services
that helps them to maintain their activities of daily living to promote their
independence. We look forward to continuing to provide that level of service
at Hellenic Senior Living of Indianapolis
and New Albany.
As we have demonstrated, despite
the amount of adversity, AMC pledges to
always be there for our nation's vulnerable seniors as we have been for 30 years.

COVID-19 Vaccinations at AHEPA
Senior Communities Underway

Tracy Storts is a CPA that joined AHEPA
Management Company on October 12, 2020 as
vice president of Finance.
At AMC, Storts is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, and IT functions to help
AMC meet and grow its mission. She brings more
than 25 years of experience working in accounting and reporting for various insurance companies and other service
organizations.
" My experience in
highly regulated industries will help me drive
AMC's mission and philosophy, " Storts said.
" AMC presents an opportunity for me to grow in a new direction while
serving the growing elderly population. I am
excited to join this team and contribute to our
mission and growth moving into the future. "
Storts graduated from Wright State University
in Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accountancy. She also earned her MBA
and Master of Accountancy from the University
of Cincinnati.

AHEPA National Housing Corporation's (ANHC) and Affordable Housing
Management Company's (AMC)
collaboration with the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention's
(CDC) Pharmacy Partnership for
Long-term Care Program has made
AMC residents a priority in the
nationwide COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

" Our participation in the CDC's
program ensured our residents
would have priority access to the
Covid-19 vaccine. We collaborated
with pharmacies such as CVS and
Walgreens to ensure we were prepared properly for the vaccine's
distribution to our communities,
based upon each state's order of
prioritization, to help protect one of our nation's most vulnerable populations
and to limit the virus's spread. "
AHEPA Housing's first vaccine clinic occurred January 8 at AHEPA 113
Apartments, Beavercreek, Ohio.
