Over 15,000 students each year follow a curriculum focused on Leadership (50%),
American Heritage & Patriotism (30%), and Free Enterprise System (20%). The curriculum
also includes writing, speaking, and leadership exercises. Students may compete in the
national Phoenician Essay competition, the winners of which are awarded a cash prize.
Numerous experts from different backgrounds and life experiences engage the students
in lectures, interactive discussions, and participatory exercises to attain these goals.
