Finding the right people
Similarly, Schopp points at First
Security Bank's efforts in developing
knowledgeable and experienced

successful ag lending.

agriculture, who has grown up around
or been exposed to the ag sector of
our economy, " he says. " We can teach
them how to spread and analyze farm

already understand and can 'talk the
talk' of agriculture. "
As for the future, Logue looks to
Bath State Bank's clientele. " We let

change or modify how we conduct ag
