BUSINESS SESSIONS
2022-2023 Executive Committee Inaugurated
During the Final Business Session of the Annual Meeting, delegates elected individuals to fill the president-elect, treasurer, and open member
positions on the Association's 2022-2023 Executive Committee. All Executive Committee officers and members were inaugurated during the
Final Business Session and assumed their roles immediately following the Annual Meeting.

Juran,

DPh (Hon)
Caroline D.
Juran, executive
director of the
Virginia Board
of Pharmacy,
is serving as chairperson. Prior to this
position, she served one-year terms as
president, president-elect, and treasurer
and served a three-year member term on
the Executive Committee (District 2).
Juran completed her studies at the College
of William and Mary and earned her
bachelor of science degree in pharmacy
from Virginia Commonwealth University,
Medical College of Virginia, and received an
honorary doctor of pharmacy license from
the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.

Dilliard, DPh
Reginald B.
" Reggie " Dilliard,
former executive
director of the
Tennessee Board
of Pharmacy, is
serving as president. Prior to the election,
he served one-year terms as presidentelect
and treasurer; a two-year member
term on the Executive Committee
(District 3) from 2017-2019; and a
three-year member term on the Executive
Committee (District 3) from 2005-2008.
Dilliard earned his bachelor of science
degree in pharmacy from the University
of Tennessee College of Pharmacy.

Lenora S.
Newsome,
member of
the Arkansas
State Board of
Pharmacy, was
elected to serve
a one-year term as president-elect. Prior
to the election, she served a one-year term
as treasurer and a three-year member term
on the Executive Committee (District 6).
Newsome completed her pre-pharmacy
coursework at the University of Arkansas
and earned her bachelor of science degree in
pharmacy from the University of Arkansas
Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy.

Mesaros,
PharmD,
JD, RPh
Jeffrey J. Mesaros,
member of the
Florida Board
of Pharmacy,
was elected to
serve a one-year term as treasurer. Prior
to the election, he served three years as
a member of the Executive Committee
(District 3). Mesaros earned his doctor of
pharmacy degree from Wilkes University
Nesbitt School of Pharmacy and his juris
doctor degree from the University of Miami
School of Law. He received his master of
science degree in pharmacy regulation and
policy from the University of Florida.

Bradley S.

member of the
Maine Board of
Pharmacy, was
re-elected to serve
an additional three-year member term on the
Executive Committee (District 1). He earned
his bachelor of science degree in pharmacy
from Northeastern University, Bouvé
College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Pharmacy, was
elected to serve
a three-year
member term (District 2). She received
her bachelor of science degree from
Duquesne University School of Pharmacy.

Traci Collier,

and chief drug
inspector for the
South Carolina
Department of
Labor, Licensing,
and Regulation - Board of Pharmacy, was
elected to serve a one-year member term on
the Executive Committee (District 3). She
earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from
Campbell University, School of Pharmacy.
