Executive Officer Change
* Jill Phillips, MPH, RPh, has been
named executive director of the
Minnesota Board of Pharmacy, replacing
Cody C. Wiberg, MS, PharmD,
RPh. She has worked for the Board
as a pharmacy surveyor since 2017.
Previous positions include oncology
program manager and clinical program
development specialist for Fairview
Pharmacy Services and pharmacy
manager for MWI Veterinary Supply/
Animal Rx Pharmacy. Phillips earned a
bachelor of science degree in pharmacy
from North Dakota State University, a
master's degree in public health from
the University of Liverpool, and a
mini master of project management
from the University of St Thomas.
Board Member Appointments
* Robert Egeland, RPh, has been
appointed a member of the Iowa Board
of Pharmacy. Egeland's appointment
will expire April 30, 2023.
* Jason Belcher has been appointed a
public member of the Kentucky Board
of Pharmacy. Belcher's appointment
will expire December 31, 2025.
* Meredith Figg, PharmD, RPh,
has been appointed a member of the
Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
Figg's appointment will expire
December 31, 2025.
* Anthony Tagavi, PharmD, JD, RPh,
has been appointed a member of the
Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
Tagavi's appointment will expire
December 31, 2024.
* William " Charlie " Jones, RPh,
has been appointed a member of the
Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. Jones'
appointment will expire June 30, 2026.
* Timothy McCormack has been
appointed a public member of the
Maine Department of Professional
and Financial Regulation, Office
of Professional and Occupational
Regulation - Board of Pharmacy.
McCormack's appointment will
expire November 30, 2023.
* Eric Norberg, RPh, has been
appointed a member of the Maine
Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation, Office of
Professional and Occupational
Regulation - Board of Pharmacy.
Norberg's appointment will expire
November 30, 2023.
* Cassandra White, PharmD, RPh,
BCACP, BCGP, has been appointed
a member of the Maine Department
of Professional and Financial
Regulation, Office of Professional and
Occupational Regulation - Board of
Pharmacy. White's appointment will
expire November 30, 2023.
* Sami Ahmed, PharmD, RPh, BCPS,
BCSCP, has been appointed a member of
the Massachusetts Board of Registration
in Pharmacy. Ahmed's appointment will
expire November 7, 2023.
* Delilah Barnes, RPh, has been
appointed a member of the
Massachusetts Board of Registration
in Pharmacy. Barnes' appointment will
expire May 1, 2024.
* Rita Morelli, PharmD, RPh, BCACP,
has been appointed a member of the
Massachusetts Board of Registration in
Pharmacy. Morelli's appointment will
expire November 30, 2023.
* John Rocchio, PharmD, RPh, has
been appointed a member of the
Massachusetts Board of Registration
in Pharmacy. Rocchio's appointment
will expire November 30, 2023.
* Dou Hwan " John " Kim, PharmD,
RPh, has been appointed a member
of the New Jersey State Board of
Pharmacy. Kim's appointment will
expire February 23, 2025.
* Johnny " Jack " Volpato, RPh, has
been appointed a member of the New
Mexico Board of Pharmacy. Volpato's
appointment will expire July 1, 2025.
* Kathleen " Kat " Chinn, FNP, has
been appointed a public member of
the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy.
Chinn's appointment will expire
February 29, 2024.
* Marlin " Marty " Blane, PharmD, JD,
RPh, has been appointed a member
of the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy.
Blane's appointment will expire
July 31, 2027.

* Kathy Stone, PharmD, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the Iowa Board
of Pharmacy. Stone's appointment will
expire April 30, 2025.
* Peter Cohron, JD, RPh, has been
reappointed a member of the Kentucky
Board of Pharmacy. Cohron's
appointment will expire January 1, 2026.
* Susan Cornacchio, JD, RN, has been
reappointed a public member of the
Massachusetts Board of Registration in
Pharmacy. Cornacchio's appointment
will expire October 31, 2022.
* Sebastian Hamilton, MBA, PharmD,
RPh, has been reappointed a member
of the Massachusetts Board of
Registration in Pharmacy. Hamilton's
appointment will expire May 1, 2024.
* Carly Jean-Francois, RN, has
been reappointed a member of the

Pharmacy. Jean-Francois' appointment
