CULINARY CHALLENGE
Thursday, July 14
Watch as six regional Culinary Challenge winners face off and race against the clock in the 19th
NACUFS Culinary Challenge. This American Culinary Federation (ACF)-sanctioned event requires
competitors to create a nutritionally balanced plate with a mandatory protein, turkey. Three ACF
judges will be on-site to judge the competitors and select the winners based on the taste, cooking
skill, culinary technique, and organization. ACF gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded, and
one chef will take home the NACUFS 1st prize trophy.
Cheer for your region's competitor and network with attendees during this fun-filled evening.
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING SESSIONS
Friday, July 15 & Saturday, July 16
Amplify your learning experience by participating in the Experiential Learning Sessions. This all-new program will enable
attendees to engage in a new space or participate in an activity while learning. With a variety of experiences offered July 15
