PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
several occasions, Will Garrett has done
presentations showing the RSH brand,
their commitment to their team, their
customers, and their followers. Radiator
Supply House has established a niche
company within the heat transfer industry
that provides some of the best products in
the aftermarket. Part of the reason for their
success is their commitment to their brand,
which is posted all over their website and
social media. Over and over, they preach
the same message, to have an employeecentered
culture that cherishes employee
creativity while creating a fun-loving
environment in which to work. These
ideas help mold the RSH brand, attract
new customers as well as new employees,
and keep them at the top of the Heat
Exchanger Manufacturing market.
During the last 70 years, NARSA's brand
has taken many different forms: a leader
in the automotive aftermarket radiator
industry, a catalyst in the introduction
of air conditioning systems in cars and
trucks, and a marketplace for independent
radiator shops to meet car radiator
manufacturers. During this period, our
association has evolved and grown in
support of the brand that NARSA has
become today: the go-to networking
forum for radiator repair facilities,
manufacturers, and distributors in the
heat transfer industry.
Our approach to supporting this brand
is to provide the best network possible
to members and manufacturers looking
to grow their business while supporting
the betterment of our industry for the
greater good. Developing our brand
is vital for supporting the members of
our association as it provides a distinct
identity, fostering recognition and trust
among our membership base. A strong
brand amplifies the collective reputation
of our members and elevates their

individual companies by helping reinforce
our values as an association.
Ultimately, investing in NARSA's brand
empowers members to effectively network
with like-minded businesses with the
common goal of growing their businesses.
It is our honor to debut our new logo in
