He says he reached speeds of 150 kilometer per hour, but the point is, really, who it was he had come to collect: Alan Greenberger, deputy mayor for economic development and director of Commerce and Mark Alan Hughes, the city's first chief sustainability officer and now head of Penn's Kleinman Center for Energy Policy.
