challenges can have a tremendous impact in improving overall
performance, as well as employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction scores.
Future challenges that organizations face include meeting new
customer needs and expectations, expanding to become a globalized presence, addressing a lack of communication after process
improvements and reorganization occurs, and learning how to communicate the "millennial way"-that is, the millennial generation's
approach in retrieving, manipulating and communicating through
the use of innovation and technology.

This article aims to bring
awareness to the importance of communication in corporate departments
outside of telecommunications. It
also will inform about standards, lean
Six Sigma methods and other tools
that can be used to achieve efficient
and effective communication processes that increase productivity.
