URSULA WILLIAMS is the director of supplier quality at
Brooks Automation in Chelmsford, MA. She is a senior

Board from 2004 to 2015 and is the secretary of the ASQ
Customer-Supplier Division. She has a bachelor's degree
from the University of South Carolina in Columbia where
she focused on research and statistics.
